Crystal

Crystal held the item for me and offered helpful alternatives for our meeting location so that we could finalize the pickup.Thank you, Crystal.

Crystal was so clear about the pickup arrangements and kept me updated with their address and timing. I really appreciated the extra storage items they included for free! Also she was very helpful to guide me with the directions of public transportations. She was very accommodating with the pickup time and made sure the item was easily accessible for me, even when I was running a bit late.

Crystal was very patient as I had difficulty finding the meet up spot

Crystal was very friendly and communicative about when to meet. Transaction went smoothly. Thanks Crystal!
