Richard was really flexible and accommodating, even when my timing kept changing and I had to reschedule multiple times. They were great about coordinating the pickup, even offering to leave the item on the porch.

I really appreciated how flexible they were with setting up a pickup time, especially with some last-minute changes. They were also super clear about where to find the item and confirmed once it was left out. They were very patient and communicative throughout the process, even when I had a bit of trouble locating the item initially. Happy to have connected with them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
