I loved how quickly they responded and were so sweet about the item. They were very accommodating with my pickup request and confirmed the details right away.

Kind I really appreciated their flexibility when I ended up being late and asked if I could do a porch or lobby pickup instead of a scheduled meetup. They were understanding and left the item downstairs for me.
