Tay was so sweet and made sure to show me the dehumidifier worked before the transaction. She also helped me load it into my (way too small) bundle buggy - thank you so much Tay!!

Tay was really accommodating right from the start, understanding that I needed a bit of time to figure out the pickup because of my pregnancy.

It was great that Tay was understanding about my changing schedule and provided clear instructions on how to reach them when I arrived.
