Kelvin was great! Showed me the product reopening the box after he had basically factory packed it up for the sale. Meeting instructions were clear and he arrived and sent me the perfect way to identify him! Never has such an amazing experience buying something from a private seller.

Kelvin was incredibly friendly and understanding, even offering a small discount for the mirrors since they were for my wedding. It really made the whole transaction feel personal and pleasant.
