I found Smae to be very easy to coordinate with and they were right there as I got to the meet up spot. 🥳

I was so bummed to miss out, but Smae was really clear that the item had already been given away. They were kind about letting me know and confirmed they would remove the listing, which I appreciated.

Shae was incredibly accommodating when I had to adjust our meeting time, so thanks again for being so flexible! 🕒

The seller was very patient with the meetup. My daughter picked up the item for me as I’m not in the city so it was quite a triage but thankfully we are all happy with the outcome.

Shae was great; they were super communicative and provided all the information I needed right away, including the expiry date and a photo of the product.
