Paul is super friendly and I appreciate their flexibility a lot when it came for pick up. Lovely guy :)

I appreciated them offering multiple pickup points and being flexible with timing to find a spot that worked for me. They were great at confirming the final meetup details. They were super clear about the meat/bread slicer still working and even offered a two-week return policy, which gave me a lot of confidence.

Paul always replied swiftly and respectfully, he also accommodated me by meeting with my friend when I was away and unable to pick up...thank you for your diligence Paul.
