Dianne was so patient and kind, especially considering I was struggling with directions and had to reschedule a few times due to my own errands. She was very clear with instructions on how to use the sterilizer and even sent a link to the manual, which was super helpful. She went out of her way to accommodate my pick-up times.

She went above and beyond by sending directions and coming outside when I arrived. 📦

She was also very accommodating with the pick-up, offering to send the address and even looking for extra items.
