Everything was perfect!

Snigdha was really helpful in negotiating the price and was patient while they checked with their friend. They were also very clear about the item's condition and the pickup details, which I appreciated. Accommodating with pickup times and even mentioned she had a moving trolley to help, which was a nice touch. It was easy to coordinate with them! 😊
