wonderful experience and was more then happy to assist with a hold and attempt to load first choice vehicle. although it did not work as easily as it was thought to be, I had no issues putting it aside and marked as sold while we wait for the 2nd vehicle to collect that has the needed space. The experience of kindness allowed me to even gift the buyer and her driver with a thank you gift as I appreciate kindness due to my M.D.D. & Agoraphobic battles. I look forward to the second attempt this weekend
