Bibi was very friendly and understanding, and I really appreciated her being so flexible with the meet up. She was quick to respond, made sure to keep open communication, and was very punctual for the meet up. The boots are perfect! They matched the description on point, she didn't rush the meet up and offered to let me look them over to make sure I was satisfied before completing the transaction, which I very much appreciated ☺️
