I found them to be very helpful and patient when explaining the process of transferring ownership and getting insurance, especially when I had lots of questions. They were incredibly accommodating and understanding when a paperwork issue arose, even coming back to the city to help resolve it so I could complete the purchase. Thank you Julie.
