When I arrived they had already loosened the screws and wing nuts for me but kept it together so I could see the complete unit. Mark showed me where the controls were and how they operate. I'm really pleased with how much heat it produces so quickly. It is just what my chilly basement needs. Mark and two other men (that appeared to live there or they were all related to one another) were very efficient and professional at dismantling the units. One handed me the remote control and a package containing the connectors, for safe keeping. They were wiping off any dust off they wood pieces of the mantel assembly once they were in manageable sizes to fit in my car. I mentioned I brought several blankets to wrap up the wood pieces as well as the electric fireplace unit. I opened up my car and before I knew it they had it all securely packed for transportation. I was so impressed. I highly recommend this seller.
