Ab was great to deal with and made picking up the bed frame I purchased as easy as possible. He very kindly transported the item to the outside of his building, and handed it to us in very neatly broken down parts. He even insisted on helping us load the item into our van. Very friendly guy, and the bed frame is great!

Abol was very patient and understanding when coordinating pickup times, even with the address confusion. They were clear about their schedule and confirmed when they could make it.
