Ella was so sweet even when I called last minute to try to set up a pick up and was super helpful with lifting and moving the item all the way to the lobby! It was also in great condition!! :)

Ella was so flexible with meeting times and locations, even when I had to change plans last minute due to weather.

I appreciated their clear communication and willingness to adjust the plan so we could make the pickup work. 👍
