Munish

Munish was very eager to pick up the sofa and confirmed their pickup time multiple times. They were also flexible and willing to come by to check it out before committing to the pickup. I appreciated that they were sure about their pickup plans and communicated clearly about their availability. They even let me know when they were on their way!
