Ash was great with communication, letting me know when they were on their way and even when they were just a few minutes out. They were flexible when a scheduling conflict came up initially.

Ash was so accommodating with the price and flexible with arranging the pickup time, even offering to have their husband deliver the item to me. All thanks to her I had an amazing first experience using this app!
