I really liked that they offered to meet me outside to avoid any parking hassle, which was super thoughtful. They were also very accommodating when I had to adjust my pickup time.

She made my day and put a smile on my face I love the socks and the lip balm thank you I am so warm ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Heidi was really great to coordinate with for the pickup. Even with a slight change of plans due to the weather, she was flexible and communicated her revised timing clearly. It was easy to arrange everything, and she arrived promptly to collect the item.
