Chris went above and beyond to make sure there were no surprises with the laptop. He did a full refresh and ensured there was an outlet at our meeting spot so I could test it. He even offered some advice on how to optimize it! Great experience overall!!

Chris was quick to respond and confirmed the pickup details right away and we reached a deal in no time. The item was priced very well and, although it was used, it looked like new which showed that Chris took good care of the product, which is commendable.
