she was so kind and one time and so friendly I really appreciated how flexible they were with pickup times, especially when I needed to adjust mine last minute. They were also very clear about the address and made sure I had it before I left. It was great dealing with them to arrange the pickup; they communicated well and confirmed everything needed.
