Luis was great to communicate with and let me know when he was on his way, which made the whole pickup process easy. We had a good laugh when my dog Luic came out to great him and i called him and he learned what his name was and I told him how it was spelled. Thanks for working with my crazy schedule and glad this bathroom fixture found a home! *If anyone is reading the reviews my dog is a goofball 🐶🐩🤦🏻‍♀️
