I found them to be really flexible with dropoff, and they were great about confirming details when they were having trouble locating the drop-off spot. They were super understanding when needing clarification on the location and made sure the dropoff went smoothly. 👍

They were very patient and kind. They offered delivery aswell for an extra charge and were very clear about the final arrangements, which I really appreciated.
