I found Thom Ernst to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The fact that I got this device from an experienced writer and former TV host is actually pretty cool. Aside from him answering all my questions thoroughly, esp those things that are important for me, I also appreciated that he recommended a great spot (cute cafe w/ great coffee) that was convenient for both of us.
