Yes, Sacco was so lovely to deal with, and Sacco said will bring the item down to the front door. 🥰 I felt bad for Sacco as the elevator was not working , down the stairs. Sacco said thank goodness it is a light item. I have trouble with my knees , she even offer to help in my car - wow!! So grateful for the kindness 🙏 abundance of gratitude ☀️
