Lily

Lily made the request that I deliver these items to her in Mississauga for free. I politely informed her that I unfortunately do not travel to Mississauga and therefore would not be able to fulfill her wishes. I proceeded to explain that since it is a low priced item I would not offer delivery. Weeks later I decide to reduce the price and Lily asks me if l'm interested in a trade. Karrot offers quick pre-written responses in which I select that 'I'm only interested in selling. I personally don't think it is a rude response simply a direct one. Then Lily accused me of being rude. I can't say if it's a sense of entitlement or simply ignorance on her part but I do not believe someone who behaves this way is acting in accordance to the community guidelines that are stipulated by Karrot.
