She is responsible & considerate: she spot-cleaned the item in question—explained how it operates—was transparent about the item’s pros/cons—offered a full refund if there was any dissatisfaction on my end—& helped my husband & me place the item in our vehicle (w/an injured shoulder i was particularly grateful for the assistance!!!).
