Roxanne

Roxanne is my first seller off Karrot. I have used other reseller platforms before and had mixed experiences. But Roxanne was amazing. She was a lovely lady, accommodating, friendly, quick responses, respectful, transparent, and overall awesome. Roxanne was amazing! She answered my messages and questions quickly (even the ones after midnight!!!), and was very accommodating with a short notice pickup! She was all smiles when we arrived and absolutely pleasant conversation while my boys did the heavy lifting. The quality of the couch was outstanding! Practically brand new. In fact I felt she could have sold this for more so I threw in a few extra $ above what we agreed on. And Roxanne in kind gave me a wonderful fabric cleaner freebie for couch that works brilliantly! What a doll! I highly recommend this seller!
