⭐ 1-Star Experience We scheduled a meet-up a week in advance. I informed them I’d be 15–20 minutes late and they acknowledged it. Still, they no-showed with zero communication — I called and messaged while waiting at their door with no response. Later, they blamed “network issues,” yet made no effort to update me. When I asked if they could deliver the item after the inconvenience, the reply was negative. Poor communication and no accountability.

Even when I was running a bit late, KT Praveen was understanding, which was greatly appreciated.🌸🌸
