Carol was wonderful to deal with on Karrot. She bought a tall dresser from me and was lovely, friendly, and very responsive the whole time. Communication was smooth and the delivery went perfectly. I’d happily work with her again — highly recommended! They were also very patient as we coordinated the delivery time.

I appreciated how Carol was so understanding when I had a family emergency and my parent was sick. They were very patient about rescheduling.
