Elderic was very responsive and provided the requested photos quickly to help clarify the shoe size. They were accommodating with meetup suggestions and worked to find a solution despite not being able to drive. Elderic was also understanding about the scheduling changes and kept me updated on their arrival. Elderic was patient throughout the process, especially when we were coordinating the meetup.
