Sriram was great at confirming the bookshelf dimensions right away and was really flexible about the pickup timing, which I really appreciated. Sriram helped me carry the item to my vehicle and load it up. Sriram was also very patient when I had a bit of trouble getting into the building lobby. The item was in good condition and priced very well. Overall, a very nice experience dealing with Sriram. Highly recommended!
