I had a great experience coordinating with them; they were very clear and accommodating with pick-up times. They were also happy to reschedule when I let them know about a change in plans due to the weather forecast. When I arrived they even offered a few extra items for free.

I was so relieved when they said they could reserve it for me because I was having trouble adding it to my cart.
