They were so flexible with pickup times and easy to coordinate with, even with the snow scare!

Everything went really great. i was a little behind, but she was very understanding, and she even helped me get the item to my car. the equipment seems to be in great condition. i was pleased to see the item I purchased from her has a feature that I was not aware of but is a great plus.
