I appreciated how quickly they confirmed the pickup time and location.

I thought it was really neat how she said that her daughter needed the pair of red shoes for a play. I hope she "breaks a leg" as they say.

It was really easy coordinating a pick-up time with Catrin, even when we had to reschedule. 🤝 She was super communicative throughout the whole process, letting me know exactly when she was on her way.
