Li Lisa was incredibly accommodating, especially when I had to change our meetup time last minute. She was willing to come to my place and even offered to do an e-transfer when I realized I didn't have cash, which really saved the day!

She confirmed right away that pickup was okay, which made the whole process super simple. The Pokémon sleeves were even better than described, and she was also really sweet and accommodating when I asked if I could add a tin to my order. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience.
