When i mentioned mobility issues, Ann Hermo thoughtfully offered delivery for an additional fee and was flexible with timing, even adjusting the delivery window. Even with the snowstorm, Ann was still able to deliver as promised and waited patiently while waiting for confirmation and payment, It was a relief to have a seller who was so understanding and helpful.
