954697 was really helpful in letting me know about the status of the item I was interested in. I appreciated them offering to let me come over and look at other clothes, and they were quick to send photos when I asked.

Item was in poor condition, I did not have a screw driver in hand, as they offered to tighten up the nut & bolts. Hop it is easy to do.

The whole process was smooth and easy, and I was able to get the items I needed without any hassle. 👍
