It is very thin, light and crispy, similar to a rice cracker. 🍛 How we traditionally eat it: Break the crispy rotti into pieces and pour Mangalorean chicken curry (Kori Gassi) over it. It absorbs the curry and becomes delicious while retaining some texture. It is also great with chicken curry, pork curry/Pork Sukka, mutton curry, fish curry, dal and other Indian curries. It can also be eaten plain as a crispy rice snack. Please note: Some of the rotti has broken into a few large pieces during transport from India to Japan.
