Dealing with Lisa was a real pleasure; she was enthusiastic right from the start and asked about several t-shirts she was interested in. Her patience when there was a slight mix-up with the order and her flexibility with the meeting time were really appreciated, especially given her personal circumstances.

It was really helpful of Lisa to work with my schedule and be flexible about meeting up, especially when she had car trouble. I appreciated her willingness to follow up and find a time that worked for both of us.
