They were great at communicating and confirming all the details for the pickup, even when things changed a couple of times because I failed to meet up for the transaction the first time. Also changed location last minute and they were okay with it too. Very flexible and friendly transaction even after a few complications on my end.

I appreciated how flexible Diana was, working around the schedule to arrange the pickup.
