Michael was so flexible with timing! When I had some trouble finding my bank card, they were really understanding and worked with me to find a new pickup time that suited both of us. The side table is in great condition. Michael was super friendly.

I missed a day, but truly kind enough to trust and proceed with transaction. I was so grateful for their flexibility and understanding given my unexpected hospital visit and recovery; they reserved the sheets for me and were very patient with my changing pickup times.
