she broke it down for me & it was real easy to move out & she had quicknresponse tume as I was late due to traffic but she said take my time & picture was accurate She was flexible and even helped with the loading, and the couch is perfect for the man cave! 👍 Ana was super friendly and responsive, which made the whole process feel really easy.
