Illyana

We made conversation, Illyna was very friendly! Illyana provided the specific measurements for the laptop bag before I met up to collect it. They clearly explained where to meet at the location and greeted me warmly when I arrived. 💕

Very kind and patient seller. Check out their shop.

Went out of the way to help meet up at the front since there was construction going on. Overall, the most sweetest person you'll meet. Check her shop out.

Illyana communicated clearly and made the pickup easy to arrange.
