Rudy was a real pleasure to deal with, being flexible with scheduling even when things got complicated due to travel and weather

Rudy was very communicative and clear about when he could pick up the hat.

Rudy was great with communication, especially with the last-minute time changes due to the Cubs game! ⚾️ He was also super helpful with letting me know exactly where he'd be and what car to look for, making the whole pickup process so smooth.
