Melissa was quick to respond and asked clarifying questions about timing, making it easy to coordinate.

Even when I had to reschedule our meeting, Melissa was patient and understanding, and I really appreciated her flexibility.

Melissa was incredibly accommodating. Even when the original plan fell through, she quickly offered alternative solutions, like leaving the item at the front desk. She included a chocolate 🍫 as a gift for the purchase. So sweet :) definitely will make a deal with her again!
