The buyer set the meeting time but arrived about an hour late. When asked for updates, the buyer repeatedly said 15 minutes and did not answer calls. After I went back home, the buyer arrived 20 minutes later at the updated lobby location. The transaction was completed at the agreed price.

Heat experience, Delfty is very communicative about when she was on their way and when she arrived, which made coordinating super easy.
