Penelope was really sweet, I’m glad to have met her, on top of the really good deal :)

Penelope was great with being flexible with my crazy schedule to reserve the item and meet up for a contactless pick-up. The ring displays were as described & depicted, and they'll be a great new home to a bunch of costume jewellery I just inherited 🤗

They let me know right away when they could meet, which made coordinating easy.

thank you very much my cat will appreciate this awesome cat litter box I really needed one I just didn't know where to find one and your local Walmart store or something like that well my cat uses the bathroom outside but I'm sure once he sees this he'll start using it right away thank you very much bye

She is incredibly kind and amazing—truly unbelievable. There was an issue with the cat litter that I missed when picking it up, which was my fault. But she was so gracious about it. She offered to pay me back, which she did, and even kindly told me to keep it until I find a replacement. I’m just blown away by her kindness.
