Tom was friendly and fairly flexible and was able to communicate. There were two instances where he asked to come 2 hours later than agreed on without prior notice, which was a bit frustrating, but we worked it out in the end. Nice person. Thank you.

They were really clear about their availability and made coordinating the pickup super easy.
