Charlene was incredibly helpful, posting extra photos quickly when I asked for them. Although I should have asked for dimensions because I thought I was buying a 3' H buy 5' L travel trunk/chest! it was not and we hadn't discussed any price except the $5 extra delivery. I felt uncomfortable after 30min of her not being able to find the alley behind my address to request a lesser price! But them's the breaks! Live and learn... Maybe she needed the dough and the universe was talking! I hope Charlene has a wonderful day!
