I thought the bag Kay was selling was even lovelier in person than in the photos! It was exactly as described, and I appreciated their friendly initial messages about it.

Kay was incredibly accommodating with my shifting meetup times and was very clear about when they could meet. They were patient when I was running a little late due to my Uber, and confirmed when I was close by. 😇
